Ltd. “Nekustamie ipasumi “Kursi””, registration number 40003590284 (hereinafter referred to as – “the Company”, “We”), has developed this notification regarding personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as – “Notification on personal data processing”) with the purpose to provide you the following information:

7. Validity and availability of the Notification on personal data processing

The Notification regarding personal data processing shall be available:

We shall have the right at any time to unilaterally amend this Notification on personal data processing by notifying you about the relevant amendments:

on Our website;
at Our outlets;
by sending a notification to your e-mail address or sending an SMS message to your mobile phone number;
in any other way.

The Notification on personal data processing shall come into force on 26th of November, 2018.
