Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: Until 12:00 p.m. (noon)

Check-in Policy

The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
A valid photo ID is required at check-in.

Late Check-out

Until 3:00 p.m.: Half-day charge.
After 3:00 p.m.: Full rate applies.
Subject to availability.

Parking

Free on-street parking is available along the hotel’s façade.
Closed parking area:
- Fee: 10 EUR / night
- Limited capacity – reservation required during booking.

Children

Children under 3 years stay for free using existing bedding.
Baby cot: 10 EUR / night.
Extra bed & breakfast (ages 4–17): 20 EUR / night.
For families with 2 children, we recommend the Family Room, which includes accommodation and breakfast for 4 persons.

Safety

Rooms are equipped with individual safes for personal belongings.
Luggage storage is available.
The hotel is not liable for valuables left in rooms or unattended luggage.
Do not give your electronic key to third parties.
After 11:00 p.m., all visitors must be approved by hotel administration and may be asked to present ID.

Photo and Filming

We're happy when guests capture memories at KURSHI HOTEL & SPA.

Photography/filming in the SPA area is not allowed without permission.
Commercial photography/filming requires written permission from hotel management.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the main hotel building or SPA.
Pets under 5 kg are allowed in the apartment house (separate building in the courtyard):
- Fee: 10 EUR / night
- Allowed only for stays up to 5 nights (no long-term bookings).

Payment

Accepted payment methods:
- Cash (EUR)
- Bank transfer
- VISA / MasterCard
Payment must be made no later than at check-in.

Smoking

Non-smoking hotel – smoking is prohibited in all rooms.
A 200 EUR cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
Smoking is permitted outdoors in designated areas.
Ask the Front Desk for locations.

Maid Service

Provided from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
If "Do Not Disturb" sign is used, service will be provided next day.
Towel change is available on request the same day.
