HOTEL OPERATIONS

Following services are available during emergency period:

  • Accommodation in the hotel and apartments
  • Breakfast – room delivery only
  • Minibar services at the hotel reception – take away only
  • Food service available only with room delivery – Bolt food or any other food delivery service provider by guest choice

STAFF WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Hotel staff are provided with personal protective equipment: masks, gloves and hand sanitisers. Workplaces are regularly disinfected and staff has daily health assesment.

GUEST SAFETY
Guests have access to hand sanitisers in public areas. Protective screens are deployed at selected customer service touchpoints. The hotel does not accommodate guests for self-isolation.

PHYSICAL DISTANCING
The number of guests will be limited in enclosed areas and the required distance indoors.

ENHANCED HOUSEKEEPING
The frequency of disinfection and cleaning of hotel areas has been increased. In the hotel rooms are elevated cleaning standards with increased sanitisation of high-touch areas such as door handles, wardrobe, TV remote controls and light switches.

BREAKFAST
There are improved food safety standards for food reception, processing and service.

GIFT CARD EXTENSION

Gift Cards expiring in the period while hotel or SPA is closed will be extended in proportion to the period of validity, after hotel / SPA will be open again, with no extra charge. For card extension, please contact hotel and provide gift card number. Please be informed that if you are relocating your accommodation, reservation department will offer a date upon availability at the hotel.
